1 bed, 1 bath, less than 900 sq ft….. for over $600K?! And there is absolutely *nothing* unique or especially attractive about the place!
Even discounting the utterly bland deco…zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz… Um, what? Oh, right… utterly bland decor, which is either from the current occupants or the listing agent, there is simply not one little thing exciting about the place itself.
Simply put, there’s no there there. And that’s a mighty big price tag for nuthin’.

All the pictures are right-side up and not blurry or hazy, that should count for something right?
Aside from that it is a little bigger and nicer than my first 1 bedroom apartment, with *HoA dues* about twice the rent of said apartment. The location must be A-freaking-Mazing to have any hopes of getting that kind of cash for it.

All this and thunderous stadium noise and sports fans rioting past after every game, too? Wow! You could sell people tickets just for the experience of experiencing this apartment… which is a good thing, because, as the two of you point out, you’re definitely going to need a little extra income to cover expenses…

@Samme: Forgot to mention, that you’re right – decent photos are SO nice!
Looney Listing exists to highlight weird real estate listings and strange listing photos. If it's on the market and it's looney, it's on Looney Listing.
Have you seen a Looney Listing that should be on this site? Submit it!
