I do like the artsy feeling of that chair photo, but I’m not sure it’s great for marketing at $365,000 home.

  1. Wow, those are a lot of power lines. I suppose if your power goes out, you could try connecting to a different set of lines.

    Looking at street view, I don’t see much more of the house there either. I wonder if there’s much of a house in the middle of all those trees.

  2. It’s a 1-story house with basement and the chair room has probably got half the main floor square footage.

    The rest of the pictures are the view from the imaginary second floor that they are trying to use to sell the house. As attempted-Jedi-mind-tricks go, I have seen worse.

  3. I like the way they showcased the fireplace – nothing conveys the feeling of hearth and home like that sort of tiny, edge-on perspective of the brick facing…
