@anodean: Be a pity if they got into a knock-down drag-out fight in the exercise yard, wouldn't it? If only we could be sure it would simply root out the trouble makers, and not the saps with some sort of potential...

So… this is a little tree reform facility and that is the exercise yard, is that what they’re telling us?
Couple hours a day, they get to line up out there and bounce a ball against the wall. Every day, they be bouncing that ball and hoping for time off for good behavior.

What the hell are they growing in? Is that gravel? Or gravelly paving? Either way… where the heck is the dirt? You know, the stuff plants usually grow in?

Otherwise, a nice little place, though rather bland. But that can be fixed once a thoughtful human with half a brain and at least some sense of decorator skill moves in.
