Nice interiors. Nice decor. Very nice stone paved, fenced terrace. Nice locale. Just… nice. Not bland nice. Nice. Would that we all could live like that without having to shell out two and a quarter mil… not to mention whatever property taxes and/or HOA fees might convey. Of course if the neighbors are snooty (not snowty – I’m talkin’ about the human ones), I’ll pass on the whole thing, even if deeply discounted. Otherwise… yeah. I could live there.
