You must be paying for the view of LA, 'cause you sure ain't paying for the view of the house. Blah, blah, and more blah. One of the most graceless exteriors I've ever seen and the interior isn't far behind.

Who the heck chose those windows? Bland doesn't begin to cover them, although I wish something would. The black outlining of that beautiful view makes it all look like a kid's coloring book. Talk about minimalist detailing, and not in a high art, modernist way, either.

There's a serious lack of detailing in this whole place. Not quite as bad in the kitchen, except for the cold, hard colors and materials. What's with the nicely arched ceiling in the master bedroom, complete with recessed lighting, yet the crappy, unappealing TV installation? C'mon, folks - for $10M one expects some nifty hidden job with remote controlled doors to make it available only when you want to watch something. I've seen hospital TVs more attractively displayed.

For a whole lot of money spent the architects and/or builders sure didn't come up with anything near worthy of overlooking that view. Sad, really.

Nice place, though I cannot understand why they would paint the ceiling beams the same color as the ceiling. A lovely house with a complete monochrome blah of a ceiling makes me sad. Zillow estimates 7.4 M and rising, which I think would probably be a bit more accurate. They have apparently been trying to sell this place for quite a while.
