(It is frickin’ scary how much you can see!) It’s a pseudo Spanish colonial/Mediterranean looking place with roof tiles. Given the size, price, location and features, I’d say a known celebrity bought it. (From the drawing I’d guess one of the Josie and the Pussycats gals.)

Two things confused me, though. 1) the listing claims two very different lot sizes, one at one acre, the other at 2/3 of an acre. (I have a nifty conversion feature on my desk top.) and 2) with the property taxes these folks are obviously paying, not to mention any HOA fees, why in the world are their streets in such awful shape? No way they can be widened, but hey, would it kill the city to pave them decently? So much for being a millionaire…
