I detest owners (whether corporate or individual) who don’t give a damn about properly maintaining a structure that took effort to build in the first place and which is meant to be someone’s own personal space while they’re living there. “Slum Lords” don’t just happen in the inner city, either. Our town is proof of that. I can’t believe that simple maintenance from the get go necessarily has to jack up rental fees. It’s only when a place has been horridly ignored for years and/or decades on end that doing repairs gets into that pricey a range.

But NOOO…… these bozos can’t be bothered with things like that because they’re too busy being on the lookout for their next sh*t hole acquisition to rake in even more profit from with no expenditure at all other than the purchase price and property tax.

As the saying goes, the only reason some people are alive is because it’s against the law to kill them… ha ha.
