Add in the arcade games (plural) and it looks like whoever lived here was knee deep in prolonged adolescence... or some other sort of deep. Not to worry though about making female visitors uncomfortable. Working girls are not known for their discriminating tastes, if the money's green, and gold diggers see nothing but gold.

As to the house and grounds... Hard to tell about the house since we see so little of the interior. It seems nice enough in general, though without the sort of panache, let alone craftsmanship, one would demand for the price. From what we *can* see, I'd be hard pressed to offer even $1M. But when exactly one half of your dozen photos are of primarily concrete and/or asphalt, a quality viewing experience is not to be expected.

However... I really like the back terrace and pool. It's not the most elaborate or unique, but it looks very inviting. I can imagine wonderfully relaxing afternoons in the sun with some good music, some good friends, or maybe just a good book. IF it were mine, that is, and I could be certain the former owner's cadre of plastic-infused Stepford Barbies weren't invited.

@Paul: So it is. I suppose that explains the crazy-high listing price, too. I guess they're hoping to find a buyer that places a high value on imagining events that used to take place at the home?
