Seems nice enough. I am afraid in practice it would leave several partygoers lined up to go pee. Since most sims are really slow in cramped quarters some will end up peeing on the floor and their hygeine and happiness stats will tank. Then they will go home crying with angry black clouds over their heads.

Those will be the lucky ones though. Some will have managed to find their way into the grey areas while searching for food. Those will probably get stuck in endless circles trying to find the exit and end up passed out in the hallway when their energy levels crash.

No I didn't play this game too much. Really.

"Another fantastic reno..." Says right under the listing description that the place was built in 1957 and the only actual photograph they'll show us is of a newly sheet-rocked interior? No exterior photos? No yard photos? Not to mention some before shots to compare with the later photos when it's finished. WTH?

Besides that incomprehensible fact, the simulations don't make sense, even in the somewhat less confusing floor plan option. Just how does one get to the gray area of the plan from the wood floor area of the plan? I see NO door, no hallway, nothing! It's not a second floor, as there is no staircase. Apparently "this investor" has perfected transporter technology. Too bad he hasn't quite got TARDIS technology down, though, because this place looks really small on the inside.
