Blur and misprint aside, it really is a cozy and well-kept starter home – but as noted by better minds than mine, those are tiny, tiny rooms: just look at the way the bedsteads fill the space.

Then I asked myself, “What happens when the price makes this home bubble up among fabulous properties like the Newton estate?”

What if the unfortunate minions of the evil Bond Villain/ess were accidentally ordered to buy and outfit this property? One does not tell the Boss that they put the wrong place the the shopping cart…

@Emerald63: Starter home and typo: My thoughts exactly. The blurry, crooked photos are something else. Most basic free photo software packages will let you at least rotate and crop the photos if you don't have a camera that can focus. Something like Gimp will even let you correct a cheap lens perspective. (None can correct poor focus.) It seems that we see photos on the extremes: either they are overly processed or need at at least some basic work done on them.

Perhaps the wall colors are derived from cinnabar and gold leaf? That could really drive up the price. Then again, perhaps a portal to Hell is included with the property, maybe via the “disappearing attic stairs.” Here’s what brought that to mind…

Yeah, it’s that last bit that gives it away. >:D

Of course if the price is, oh, I don’t know… say, maybe, just maybe… a misprint… and the actual price is $89,900, you’d be getting a pretty good starter house for the area, as it’s between 1/2 and 1/3 cheaper than the median price for homes in the county and zip code, respectively. Just keep in mind that it’s 3br/2bt in only 1000sq ft. So either have itty bitty kiddies at the time. Otherwise, save up for family therapy… or defense lawyers.
