Took me a while to find the seahorse... I was too busy being mesmerized by the 3D graffiti guy above it.

I've got mixed feelings about this one. On the upside... A large redevelopment investment but it might provide an enormous return given the location and neighbors (including Amazon). It's a nice size building that could accommodate 2 to 6 apartments, plus retail space at street level. It has an attractive semi-classical facade with fantastic views from the numerous and generous windows.

On the downside... Any problems or market changes could potentially eat deeply into the investment. While some of the interior seems to be either finished or close to it, other areas are nowhere near. But none of that will matter if the four cracked columns in the parking area should fail. Those are some serious cracks and in an area vulnerable to earthquakes. Those alone could make the whole thing a non-starter.

If the parking is in an adjacent structure (especially if it has no upper floors), then I'd say grab the main structure and go for it. There can't be too many properties available with that location and those views!
