Sheesh - the least they could've done was include some floor plans. How are we supposed to deride an offering when there's practically no offering? Sadly, I must resort to mocking a feature of the Google map. Right there, running parallel to and smack on top of the Atlantic coast is a street named Pacific Avenue. Even more disconcerting, the Navy seems not to have noticed the geographical confusion; Oceana Naval Air Station is just a mile or so from the building site, two from the erstwhile Pacific Coast (Avenue) Highway. BTW... what are the odds that scads of huge, loud transport planes will be taking off and landing in your backyard at all hours of the day and night? Mmm... residential paradise! Not.

Oh, mercy - more swampland. This is plunk in the middle of a saltwater estuary, the satellite shows wide mudflats around a little stream right up the back of this property. I hope city water and sewer have made it out here, because if this place passed a perc test you are not among friends. Not that you'll be lonely. Better get those u-bolt tie-downs on the rafters, because those salt-water mosquitoes are going to tear your hypothetical roof right off looking for you.
