It would appear the lister wants folks to know they can do pretty much anything they want to with the available land. Although… it’s odd that the number of bedrooms and baths is included, as well as specific room dimensions. Wait… what?

Do they even have road runners in Pennsylvania? I thought those were a desert bird. Oh well, whatever is there for the catching (or not…) I’m sure ACME’s Number One Customer will more than gladly show up. :P
