I dunno... nice open floor plan... enormous kitchen, sizable entertainment room with plenty of space to switch out one of the pool tables for a king sized bed, covered yet still airy patio... Why, it even has built in horseshoe pits out back, not to mention it's rockin' that awesome fake storefront. Considering the price of homes in Washington state, this looks like a possibility... Of what I'm not sure, but it does look possible, none the less.

...to which I would add, "Don't miss the historic kitchen, with its water-stained sheet-wood ceiling, open shelves, and extension cord dangling from (possibly unshielded, hard to tell) pod light."

I'm thinking inspectors with writer's cramp... and that trying to reopen this place could prove to be an exceptionally educational experience, no matter how well-beloved.

Ooo, you could rename it "The E3."
