Tiny place, hard to tell what’s going on from the blurry pictures. One thing I would definitely do, though, is redo the kitchen with either much lighter wood or perhaps white cabinetry. One needs ever trick in the book when dealing with such a small space. But hey – a house with a yard that near NYC for only $173K? One can make do.
