About the only questionable thing I’m seeing is a large oil refinery a couple miles up the road and which itself is about 2 miles long (N/S) by 1 mile wide (E/W). But perhaps if the winds are from the west there’s no problem with smell and the fog horns aren’t too loud. If not, either would make the 500’x500′ cemetery one passes on the one mile drive from Highway 20 back to the property pale in comparison.
