Really? I'm not sure which is more laughable - the setting or the fact that the listing agency did nothing to obscure the setting. Sports stadiums (the "Aquasox"?) and strip malls on one side, light industrial, interstate, and rail lines on the other, and a side yard that's a Social Security Admin branch parking lot. I dunno... maybe with online street views available they figure they should embrace the obvious rather than fail miserably by trying to ignore it.

In another setting the house might have more going for it. Small, but well kept (especially for a 1926 build date). Decently redone kitchen (though there are no direct bathroom pics to see if they've received equal treatment). But what there is, compared to what's around it, in no way merits the price tag, even if it is a Seattle 'burb.

What a lovely industrial area to live in! Yiii!! The yellow house can be redecorated. It actually seems to be in pretty good condition. I can't imagine the noise of the city outside, though. Nice attempt trying to cut off the place from its surroundings with plants in the little tiny yard.
