It sounds like this central round room is the only one for sale, although it’s just part of the overall building. If you paste in the given address into the google maps satellite view, the location will be centered on the Buckland Court “Cottage,” the old manor house of the local bigwig. Just north of that is a church and cemetery. Just east of that church is a sizable arc-shaped building. I believe this offering is in the center of the building.

So if just this one round room is for sale, what’s going on in the rest of the building? Altogether, the structure is big enough for something like a community center with perhaps enough space for rec-rooms for younger people and areas for a senior center. Or the whole thing might make a rather picturesque health club or even a museum. Being only 15 miles from London, it would make a nice day spa, if one had the moolah to pull it off. Lots of possibilities, but again… you’d pretty much need more than just the center section that’s for sale. Not sure what you could do with just that bit, especially after plunking down almost $3K for it.
