It’s too bad whoever re-did the living area didn’t put the same effort into re-doing the garage, maybe even turn part of it into more living space.

So… taking a look around the area on satellite map… I see schools, parks, even a golf course, but nothing that looks like shopping. Like, for groceries. It’s a looong ferry ride to Seattle when you run out of bread and milk.

“A mechanic’s dream”. Yeah, right. There’s obviously not enough head room for a lift, even in the large bay.

The separate bedroom differentiates it from a studio apartment. So as for the main living area, it’s a one-room wonder.
