@Frodo: "How do you keep the neighbor’s pets or kids off the roof?"

Yeah, that was the one I was wondering about, too. Eons ago my dad was up in the attic laying insulation. He missed his footing, slipped off the joist and introduce his foot to our dining room ceiling. My mom was only a little mad - she got a new dining room chandelier to replace the nasty can light.

I'm betting if something like that happened here it would be waaay more costly. Don't get me wrong, I like the snug aspect. It's just the exterior appearance and its potential problems that worry me. And all those other things you asked about...

So what kind of car is going to fit in that garage?

Are those extra TVs hanging on the wall in the living room?

How do you keep the neighbor's pets or kids off the roof?

How do you keep that weird little moat out back clean?

When it rains, where does the water that goes into the entrance area drain?

Does cartoon girl convey?

Did you ever think about putting a main floor on top of this basement?

These are questions I'd never thought I'd have to ask about a house.
