Wellll - I don't know what's creepier: that the property is a big children's playground populated by statues of kids playing, or that he would have had all kinds of kids over to actually play on it instead.

It's also odd that he has a master suite with a bed and a separate bedroom attached to it that was his own private bedroom.

The cool thing is the monster train system he has that connects the house area with the carnival area.

What a lovely home. And the grounds are beautiful, too. I certainly hope this idyllic retreat sells to someone with enough dignity not to turn it into a tourist attraction or, worse, some morbid ode to its troubled former owner. (I'd be interested to know what becomes of the now empty concrete pads where the amusement park rides once stood. Will they find a new use or simply be removed?)

I've done a bit of research on Michael Jackson and watched several in-depth interviews and I still don't know what to think. I do think he chose the right name for his retreat, as he had aspects of a Little Boy Lost. It seems there was a part of him still genuinely stuck in childhood, or at least not entirely wanting to be an adult. And it didn't seem to be an affect meant only to lure in children.

There are those who will say anything to exploit the wealthy and likely enough of them to cast serious doubt on even those without guilt. But whether he was completely innocent... I don't think we'll ever know for sure, which is horrendously sad, as was his young death, no thanks to spineless yes-men. Sad, because those are things that will forever be associated with him regardless of his enormous talent. He wasn't ever my personal favorite entertainer, but he was a gifted and sensitive individual who was who he was because of a lifetime of exploitation. I just hope he never turned that back upon any as innocent as he once was.

Perhaps a spiritual cleansing and blessing of the home would be appropriate for whoever may live there in future. Whether from abused children or a falsely accused man, some deep emotional stains are very likely ingrained within its walls.
