I immediately think “unstable” or “transient”. However, it looks like they have the India Basin in the immediate area divvied up for a future marina. That means that traffic promises to become really bad when and if that develops. Why would you buy the place and not take advantage of the spring? I’d have to consult an expert to see if building a marina would pollute the spring water.

I have to say the above-ground portion of the place certainly has character. I wonder about the green stuff on the bottom of the front door. Is that character, or does it just need to be treated?
