					<description><![CDATA[Well, I guess the curb appeal doesn&#039;t really matter since you can&#039;t really see the house from the road. I would wonder though if it was well enough engineered for the winters and that&#039;s why there&#039;s obviously been work on it over it&#039;s short lifetime. A potential buyer would be wise to hire a structural engineer to check the place out.

Otherwise, it&#039;s a nice little bit of peace and quiet surrounded by a small state refuge with Bemiji, Fargo, and Grand Forks all within driving distance. I&#039;m going to guess that the state refuge, though, means that you can&#039;t hunt those deer you are trying to keep out of your orchard. So much for a freezer of venison for the winter.]]></description>
