Good thing home builders would never ever make misleading renderings with more spacious lots and bigger foliage than reality.

I guess watching somebody walk their dog past your home is pretty exciting when you’re a stick figure.

Most of the rest of the photo set is pretty nice actually, good photos, clean, well-staged house, etc.

Then you get to the last photo…

Um, okay?

Wow. This is the primary photo for this $360,000 “LOVELY NEW CONSTRUCTION TO BE BUILT.”

The amusing part is that the second photo is at least in focus (although there is a big shadow in the corner).

Listing says “Architectural Plans and Valid Permit avail. for the new purchaser,” but um… I think the seller and I may have different definitions of “architectural plans.”

“Lost Steam in the Dream” I especially like the vaguely humanoid figures on the porch.

So do we get to see the actual home at all?

Um, okay. So there’s that.

Apparently Luxor Designs spent so much money on the… um… “design” of this home that they could only afford MS Paint to draw the rendering.

Here’s what the home looks like in reality, apparently.

I wonder how they’re going to magically get a 30-40 foot tall tree next to the completed house. Hmm…

Okay so this “home” sold way back in December, but this find was just too amazingly weird not to share here.

This is the one and only photo on the listing. Presumably when it was active on the market there were photos of, you know… the actual home. Then when it sold, they replaced them with… this.

That is some seriously impressive computer rendering power, right there. Looking at this picture, it’s like I’m really there, standing on the deck of my ghostly modern manse.
