<p>From the listing description:</p>
<blockquote><p>This historic, Ambler Cleveland Heights mansion, with unbelievable architectural beauty and natural, detailed woodwork, was used for the filming of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. This Elizabethan Tudor, known as Harcourt Manor, was designed in 1910 by Frank Meade, renown Cleveland architect, and encompasses an impressive Cleveland history. Kermode Gill, who built Terminal Tower, built this beautiful arts and crafts masterpiece 100 years ago encompassing coffered ceilings and beautiful green Italian Marble.</p></blockquote>

<p>A local blog posted more info on the movie connection during the 2013 filming, describing the home&#8217;s involvement in the movie as <a href="http://patch.com/ohio/clevelandheights/captain-america-filming-at-harcourt-drive-home" title="'Captain America' Spotted While Filming At Harcourt Drive Home">&#8220;a short scene.&#8221;</a></p>

<p>Dance party!</p>
<p>Only $900,000. Just one catch&#8230; You have to live in Cleveland (okay technically Cleveland <em>Heights</em>). Then again, I hear Cleveland isn&#8217;t <em>that</em> bad&#8230;</p>

<p>Seems like a fairly unassuming home. The local paper has the scoop on its minor real estate celebrity status: <a href="http://heraldnet.com/article/20140705/NEWS01/140709570/1172/Own-a-piece-of-Twin-Peaks" title="'Twin Peak' home for sale">&#8216;Twin Peak&#8217; home for sale</a></p>
<blockquote><p>The Everett home of fictional murdered homecoming queen Laura Palmer and her maniacal parents is on the market.<br />
Marilyn Pettersen, 80, is selling the Rucker Hill house where she and her late husband, Pete, raised five children. The white Dutch colonial with the wide front steps was used in the 1990 show&#8217;s pilot episode and the 1992 movie prequel “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.”</p></blockquote>
<p><a href="http://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_02.jpg" rel="lightbox[3627]"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_02.jpg" alt="708 33rd St., Everett, WA 98201" width="640" height="427" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-3628" srcset="https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_02.jpg 640w, https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_02-415x276.jpg 415w, https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_02-300x200.jpg 300w, https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_02-100x66.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /></a></p>
<p>It seems nice enough. Certainly very well-kept for an 84-year-old home.</p>
<p><a href="http://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_03.jpg" rel="lightbox[3627]"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_03.jpg" alt="708 33rd St., Everett, WA 98201" width="640" height="427" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-3629" srcset="https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_03.jpg 640w, https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_03-415x276.jpg 415w, https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_03-300x200.jpg 300w, https://looneylisting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/708-33rd-St-98201_03-100x66.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /></a></p>
<p>The price seems somewhat high for the area though. It sounds like the current owners may be banking on the home&#8217;s brief screen time boosting its value quite a bit. It will be interesting to see how that strategy pans out.</p>
