I saw this listing and just couldn’t resist. The designer of this home really nailed it.

But I don’t know, personally I think I would get board after a while.

I wood go on, but I think it’s time to branch out and try something new.

Seems like with all the negative press around the “rebel flag” these days, you might not want to feature it prominently in the listing photos for your home. I guess things might be different when the home you’re selling is in Nashville, Tennessee.

The home itself has some nice detail work…

But it also has some oddly modern-looking spaces:

Asking price for all this: $16.3 million.

At 22,000 square feet and over five acres, it’s quite the estate. Of course, if you buy it you have to live in Nashville, so there is that.

Can’t say I’ve seen a home with an entrance quite like this one before.

Perhaps there was some sort of odd zoning or permit restrictions?

Apparently the back of the home is level with the alley, so at least they don’t have to drive their car over a crazy bridge.

This looks like it could be a pretty cool house. Too bad the listing agent apparently doesn’t want to show it to us. All we get is this one mostly-obscured outdoor shot plus…

A bunch of postage-stamp-sized photos.

It seems like with today’s technology you would have to make an extra effort to put up photos this small.

Whatever. I guess I’ll be taking my $5.5 million elsewhere.

Just a thought but maybe you should consider taking some decent photos before packing your bags.

Oh, and also learning how to correctly type in a price might help, too.

For that matter, why bother blurring out your art, anyway?

What’s so secret about your paintings? Are they stolen, or just really tasteless?

With an asking price of $2.65 million and presumably quite a nice riverfront view, you would think the agent would have take a photo or two that actually… you know… showed that view.

You would be wrong.

Apparently proper exposure and basic post-process layering are undiscovered skills in Tennessee.
