I can see why they led with the double rainbow. The home itself is… Meh.

What’s so secret about your paintings? Are they stolen, or just really tasteless?

I did find one piece of “art” that they didn’t bother to blur:

With an asking price of $2.65 million and presumably quite a nice riverfront view, you would think the agent would have take a photo or two that actually… you know… showed that view.

You would be wrong.

Apparently proper exposure and basic post-process layering are undiscovered skills in Tennessee.

We just really don’t like the guy, okay?

The rest of the house is actually quite nice.

Looks like a pretty sweet view.

I especially loved this hallway with bookshelves built into the walls.

Too bad they had to commit the sin of the mega mountain cliché. I guarantee the mountain doesn’t look anywhere near that big in person.

Sixteen photos of this $2.5 million listing, only one of which contains even a glimpse of the house itself. Instead, you get baby raccoons.

Oh right, you also get ridiculously-zoomed-in MEGA mountains.

The last “photo” on the listing urges you to “Click on the VIRTUAL TOUR link for many additional photos.” If you do, you don’t get any more photos of the actual $2.5 million house, but you do get this:

You better like ocean views, because that’s almost all you’re gonna see in this $28M listing.

Twenty-six pics with only *two* interior shots.

But you do get sailboat regatta *and* double rainbow pics.

I’m just not sure what they mean…

This is another one of those listings that really more amazing than “looney.”

I mean, they did overdo it on the HDR on a few of the interior shots…

But that view. Whoa.

This shot from the “virtual tour” is pretty great, too.

Seems totally safe. Have fun, kids!

So, wait, which is it? Is the value only in the land or does the house have “good bones”?

Did I mention the view of Mt. Rainier? No?

Not sure if you really fully appreciate the view. APPRECIATE IT.

The above photo is the only one in this listing’s set of eight pictures that shows any part of the actual house.

The rest of the shots are just pictures of the surrounding mountains and power lines at various zoom levels.

I do like the artsy feeling of that chair photo, but I’m not sure it’s great for marketing at $365,000 home.

Above you will find the primary listing photo for a $750,000 condo in San Francisco.

No, I don’t know what we’re looking at either.

Maybe the rest of the photos will be more illuminating…

And that’s it. That’s the entire set. I guess if you have to ask what the home actually looks like, you don’t deserve to actually buy it?

Wait, are they selling a house, or the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre?
