Personally I think it’s a little more than just “slightly” terrifying.

What is even happening here?

Was the previous inhabitant of this home some kind of insane sentient cat?

I can’t even really tell what any of these rooms are supposed to be.

Just about the only recognizable room is the bathroom.

…and I can only just barely tell that it’s a bathroom.

Okay nope, I’m out. Done.

Oooo-kay then. Not exactly how I would decorate my bedroom, but to each his or her own, I suppose.

Perhaps the home is actually occupied by a robot. That would explain the metal fruit on the dining table. And maybe the giant workout model things are some sort of study material meant to inspire the robot to improve its similarity to the humans before it launches the final assault to overthrow humanity and enslave us all.

Okay so this “home” sold way back in December, but this find was just too amazingly weird not to share here.

This is the one and only photo on the listing. Presumably when it was active on the market there were photos of, you know… the actual home. Then when it sold, they replaced them with… this.

What? Is a seemingly incapacitated child splayed out across the living room floor a deal-breaker for you?

I’ve been looking at this photo for quite a while and I still can’t for the life of me figure out what the heck that is on the right side in front of the window.

It’s seriously creeping me out you guys.

Or maybe they read halfway through an article about using babies in ads and just decided to throw them in there just to see if it worked?
