A lot of upkeep work, and a size that is hard to keep up in this economy, but gorgeous! Not seeing any pictures of the wooded pasture, though, which does concern me. Size and quality of the pasture can make a huge difference!

If I were a horse, I’d consider myself lucky to live there. Being a human, I’d still consider myself lucky, if I were the horse-crazy sort. It’s a great business and a fulfilling lifestyle *if* one’s not averse to hard work 24/7/365 (or paying someone for it).

Lots of pics of the horse areas, so we know that’s nice. Not as many pics of the owner’s apartment, but from what we can see it, too, looks nice, as do the offices. Lots of windows for natural light, decent amount of space, and the stone building at the heart of it all is lovely.

My only complaint (if I were going to be the one living there, which I’m not) would be having to look out onto a parking lot from my living quarters. Sure, it’s nice to see who’s coming up the drive and whether my employees have actually shown up for work, but I’d also want a private area that’s not all about The Business. But that’s me. And I’m not the owner. Maybe the truly obsessed don’t want a moment away from All.Horses.All.The.Time.
