This condo in Honolulu, Hawaii is just $28,000! According to the listing, it’s in a “great location.”
Just one problem…
Spacious storage room in great location, close to the entry door. Room for all of your lifestyle extras including golf clubs, Holiday decorations, Boogie boards, suitcases, and hobby materials. Lots of space, conveniently located, you’ll wonder how you got along without it!
Eighty-eight square feet. Zero beds. Zero baths. But hey, you can’t beat the price and the “great location.”
I’ve heard of the outrageous price of real estate in Hawaii, but sheesh! You don’t even get a very secure looking storage space for your money. Looks like a even kid could kick in some of the walls. What is that? Corrugated steel? Fiberglass? Some new-fangled type of shoji screen?
@Emerald63: Well at least it’s more secure than this listing in the same building… Tons cheaper, too!
Ah, but for $688k you can get an actual 2 bedroom condo in the same building. Too bad the agent had rubbed vaseline on his camera lens when he took the photos: https://www.redfin.com/HI/Honolulu/1288-Kapiolani-Blvd-96814/unit-I-4309/home/63766823
