I didn’t even know this was a contest, but apparently we already have a winner: most appearances of Marilyn Monroe in a single listing.

And the photos featured in this post aren’t even all of the Marilyns in this house. I count seven appearances.

You can find something in the greater Seattle area for under a quarter mil? In a related comment… you can fit 3 bedrooms and 1-3/4 bathrooms in just over 1000 sq ft?

Otherwise, no there there upon which to comment. Extremely… average. Except for the Marilyn thing.
