You’re looking at the only two photos of this listing.
Apparently actually visiting the home was too difficult. As was taking a screenshot. So, apparently they just decided to snap a couple cell phone pictures of some Bing Maps that they printed out on paper? The mind boggles.
Trust me – given what one can see via Google street view, the first pic is the best shot of the place you could hope for. Two houses, one from the ’50s, the other from maybe the ’20s, on a corner property. Both look untended in any meaningful way for some time. Add in this little gem from the listing, “…3 br needs a foundation,” and it’s pretty clear the best move is to bulldoze them both and “get with the program.”
That program is a nice looking middle to upper-middle class neighborhood, not new, but well kept. Almost all the houses are larger than the larger of the two in the listing and all seem to have some sort of attractive grounds treatment. The likely consensus from the neighbors is that these eyesores need to go so something more fitting with the surroundings can be constructed.
BTW… the lister bothered with only two photos and they’re still this crappy? I’ve heard of “seller is not motivated” but “lister is not motivated”? Go figure.
