“Value is in the land.” You don’t say? Wow, never woulda caught that without the listing description. But tell me, does the moss on the roof count as part of the house or part of the land??
The large truck and the orange digger don’t appear to belong there; looks like a major clean-up is in progress.
That mossy roof is obviously camoflage to fool spy satellites and keep Vladimir Putin from bombing that valuable building. But- alas!- the imitation-vehicle lawn ornaments give the location away. :-)
Actually, that is some very fine looking moss. If it were carefully harvested in sheets for landscape use, it could be worth more than the structure. :D
