Seriously. If you have a photograph on a computerwhy oh why are you taking a picture of a computer screen instead of just uploading the existing digital photograph to the listing?
Hmm. It’s 95 years old, listed as being in “fair” condition. It’s on a busy highway on the other side of which is some sort of port warehouse and train tracks. There’s no yard to speak of and it is currently being rented on a month-to-month basis. It sold just 3 years ago for $75k and they’re wanting $175k now?
@Marty E.: Good to know! Just checked in for the first time after an almost two week vacation to find…. Only One Post?! =:O Give me a few days to get back into the swing of things – catching up on backed up mail, unpacking camping equipment, tracking down my missed shows at OnDemand – and I’ll start perusing the net for some goodies. Marty, I hope “crazy time” is a good thing, as in lots of business!
Aye, aye, aye on the listing! The listing agency is “Downtown Dennis Real Estate”? That’s almost as unconvincing as Tio Chuy’s Used Car Lot I passed in Tulsa, OK, yesterday, complete with a stereotype cartoon Mexican with a big smile, a sombrero, and a striped serape. Um, yeah… NO. On both.
And if you’re going to have only four sentences in your listing, making sure one of them doesn’t contain both grammatical and spelling errors might be a good idea. “Great Started home with many potentials“? Like Colleen said, “I guess when you’re lazy…”
Yeah, I used to live in Seattle, so I’m not unfamiliar with the “charms” of Everett. Wasn’t there a house posted here recently that was pretty much right across the street from where the Aquasox’ stadium?
Lol. It’s a 1 photo wonder! I guess when your lazy and want to sell right away, this is how you do it. Thanks google satellite

Erm. No.
FYI, I’m not dead! Just have had a crazy time at work and basically no free time for fun stuff like updating the site. I’ll be back soon, I promise!

@MsWildhack: Among the various port facilities… just across the street… is Naval Station Everett, which is large enough to dock an aircraft carrier. We saw it a little while ago at this post: https://looneylisting.com/2015/02/24/something-is-askew/
