So… this property is being code-marketed to the super-patriotic real estate flippers, eh? Better check it over reeealy carefully. ;)
@anodean: Folks in this neighborhood can afford to be overly patriotic – literally. This is Newport Beach, nigh on Huntington Beach, Mission Viejo, and San Clemente. When you live at that economic level you tend to love, love, love the Good Ol’ U.S. of A.
Nice place. Nice interiors. Nice decor. Very nice stone paved, fenced terrace. Nice locale. Just… nice. Not bland nice. Nice. Would that we all could live like that without having to shell out two and a quarter mil… not to mention whatever property taxes and/or HOA fees might convey. Of course if the neighbors are snooty (not snowty – I’m talkin’ about the human ones), I’ll pass on the whole thing, even if deeply discounted. Otherwise… yeah. I could live there.
